When I buy a beat does it still contain the vocal tags?
Once a visitor has paid our low price of 99¢ for a specific beat they are interested in, they are immediately provided with a higher-quality version of the beat 100% tagless. Only the streaming audio versions of our beats contain “99Cenbeatz.com” vocal tags. After you purchase/download our beats you receive a version of the beat without a single vocal tag.
“What is an Exclusive Lease?”
“An Exclusive lease is a lease in which only a certain amount of people can download (ie: the number on the side of the beat name)
“What rights do I receive when purchasing a 99¢ license?”
When you purchase a 99¢ license, you receive non-exclusive rights to the instrumental. Non-exclusive rights enable the buyer to:
- Make one master recording over the beat/instrumental
- Distribute this recording for any profitable or non-profitable use for up to 4000 copies
Please understand that production credit must be given to 99centbeatz.com for distributed material. This can be done verbally on the recorded song, or displayed in text on the CD booklet/back cover.

I’ve just purchased a beat and I would like the beat tracked-out (seperated) into individual WAV files, is this possible?

“Most other producers charge a lot more for beat licenses (usually $40-$100). Why does 99centbeatz only charge 99¢?”
We understand that a lot of upcoming, struggling artists don’t necessarily have $40-$100 to horde out for one non-exclusive license on a mixtape or demo. We are here to provide you with a high-quality product at a very affordable price.
“I’d like to own full rights to an instrumental. Do you offer exclusive rights?”
Yes, We do offer exclusive rights, If you are interested in purchasing Exclusive rights contact us via the contact page.

“If I buy non-exclusive rights to a beat, and someone buys it exclusively later, do I keep my non-exclusive rights?”

- Gain access to our free beats section where you can download free rap instrumentals
- Receive notification of our occasional special offers and discounts, which are exclusive to mailing list members
- Subscribers are automatically added to a random selection pool each month where one lucky winner will receive a free non-exclusive beat license.
- Receive notification when new beats are added to the website
“I am a subscriber to your mailing list, and now have access to your free beats online. What are my limitations with these beats?”
Free beats can be used for any non-profitable promotional or personal use including posting the recorded song on Myspace (and all other social networking sites), putting the song on your personal website, burning the song onto a cd to display your work for others, and any other non-profitable, non-commercial use.
“I Don’t Have 99¢, So I’m Just Going To Steal The Beat.”
There are people out there who steal beats from websites. Instead of paying the small leasing fee or buying exclusive rights, they’d rather steal a producer’s work.
There is no benefit in doing this. All of our beats are LEGALLY PROTECTED and owned by us until exclusive rights are purchased. After which ownership is then given to the buyer. Let’s say you steal one of our beats and put it on your mixtape or album. Without proof of purchase, all legal actions will be taken against you. Stealing beats is simply not worth it.
How Will I Get My Purchase?
After purchase, clients will be able to download the product instantly. If you dont receive an instant download for some reason, contact us as soon as possible and we will email it out to you manually.
